Spearfish Reef is made by Spaikz LLC. Last updated 5 November 2026

These terms apply when you play Spearfish Reef on iPhone, iPad or Android. By playing or buying you agree to them and to our Privacy policy. If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; if anything here conflicts with it, Apple's agreement wins for the iOS app.

What's free and what you can buy

Each reef is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: nothing renews and nothing is charged again. Prices in other countries and currencies are shown before you buy and may include tax.
A reef changes where you dive and what the sea life looks like, not how the game plays: nothing for sale makes you better at the game or changes what you can score. There are no consumables, loot boxes or currency bought with real money.
Reefs are sold only in the apps, through the App Store or Google Play. Your purchase is tied to your App Store or Google Play account: use Restore to get it back on a new device.
Refunds:
- App Store: Apple handles every refund for purchases made in the iPhone and iPad app, under its own terms. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play: within 48 hours of buying, ask Google Play for a refund. After that, email us.
After 48 hours, purchases aren't refundable, except where the law requires it, if something you paid for doesn't work and we can't fix it, or if you were charged twice or without your permission. Email support@spaikz.com with the date and what happened. If the law where you live gives you a longer right to cancel or a refund (in the EU and UK, for example), that right applies.
If we ever change prices, it won't affect what you've already bought.

The game

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play. Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer it, or try to unlock paid reefs without paying.
Spearfish Reef is an arcade game. Its sea, its creatures and its guns are made up and simplified so it plays well. It isn't spearfishing, diving or fishing advice: in real water, follow local rules and dive with proper training.
Pearls, guns, finishes and scores aren't money and have no value outside the game.
We keep improving the game, so reefs, guns and features may change.

No warranty, and limits on liability

Spearfish Reef is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Spaikz LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the game in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the game. Playing after a change means you accept the new terms.
